Basically, the jackasses in Fairfax County kill all “strays” without trying to find out if they are simply lost. This happened to a family. Read on and then follow the link below to tell them to stop:

Although she was in good health, with clipped nails and clean fur, by the time her owners found her she'd been euthanized for being a stray.”
